Frequently asked questions

  • Where do you build?

Northern Idaho! Sandpoint, Sagle, Athol, Rathdrum, Hayden, Coeur d’Alene.

  • When can you start my project?

Since we typically take on smaller-scale projects, we can often get started fairly soon. Reach out and we’ll talk through the details. We prioritize accurate timeline estimates for both current and upcoming projects—so you’ll have a clear idea of when we’ll start and when we’ll wrap up.

  • Who makes up the Frontier team?

Mac Johnson is the owner and lead builder at Frontier. He handles everything from bids and estimates to project planning and hands-on building. Triana Willmert runs Frontier’s office side—managing invoices, bookkeeping, scheduling and all the behind-the-scenes communication. She keeps you in the loop and makes sure everything stays on track, so Frontier can stay focused on delivering quality craftsmanship.

  • Where do you source your materials?

We get our materials locally from Ziggy’s, Badger Building Center, and Gibbs—places we trust and work with often. Sourcing locally helps us keep quality high and support businesses in the community.
